Peculiarities of investigation during pre-trial investigation of evasion from military service and mobilization

Abstract
The article deals with investigative examination, which is one of the urgent investigative actions. With its help, the inspection of documents and things can be obtained the most important information. An algorithm of actions is offered in the course of inspection of documents and things on cases of evasion from military emergency service and mobilization.
