Peculiarities of the commencement of a criminal proceeding concerning the wilful murder of a young child or a woman who was known to be pregnant

Abstract
It is proved that criminal-procedural activity arises before formally establishing procedural relations between the participants in the criminal process. The list of procedural and organizational measures at the beginning of criminal proceedings aimed at solving tactical and strategic tasks of investigation is determined. The peculiarities of the commencement of criminal proceedings concerning the deliberate murder of a young child or a woman who was known to the perpetrator was pregnant was established.
