PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF CREATIVE THINKING DEVELOPMENT OF “PRESCHOOL EDUCATION” SPECIALTY STUDENTS IN PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE

Abstract
The article highlights the pedagogical conditions of creative thinking development of “Preschool education” specialty students in the process of professional training, in the institution of higher education. The results of theoretical analysis of the accumulated psychological and pedagogical experience due to the problem are presented. The experience of develop- ment of creative thinking of future teachers is analyzed. The author discovers the essence of the concepts: creativity as an integrated teacher’s quality; creative thinking as a necessary professional quality, which is connected with the specifics of professional and pedagogical activity of the teacher of preschool education institution. Pedagogical conditions as circumstances connected with vocational and pedagogical activity are defined. They determine the effectiveness of the educational process, as they create a favorable environment for its occurrence. The pedagogical conditions for effective development of future educators’ creative thinking, which will promote the quality of their professional training, are revealed. Three conditions of creative thinking development of preschool educa- tion students are substantiated: the use of innovative technologies, forms and methods of activating the creative potential of students in the educational process; ensuring the problem character of the educational process of future educators; active practice-oriented activity of future educators. It is concluded that certain pedagogical conditions take into account individual peculiarities of future specialist personality, provide a new approach to the educational process in higher edu- cation with the purpose of developing a person with high level of creative thinking.
