PEDAGOGICAL MASTER OF TEACHER OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN FORMATION OF MORAL AND VOLUNTARY QUALITIES OF STUDENT YOUNG PEOPLE

Abstract
Increase of efficiency preparations of pedagogical workers, that must own the high level of qualification and occupy activeposition in the professional activity, in accordance withpositions of Bologna of convention are one of strategictasks of educational politics of Ukraine and by the primarypurpose of higher initial establishment of industry of physicalculture and sport. The skilledness and pedagogical mastery of teacher ofphysical culture appears in quality descriptions: to theorientation, competence, even possessing professionally-pedagogical operations. They must be formed already in theprocess of studies in higher educational establishment, thatenvisages the professional becoming, development of generaland pedagogical culture of education of personality andprofessionally meaningful internalss. The next methods of research were used: theoretical is astudy and analysis of modern psychological and pedagogical methodical positions about maintenance of tradeeducation and educational-educator process; empiric iswatching activity of students, conversation, questionnaire and self-evaluation for determination of level of formed ofpedagogical abilities. Pedagogical mastery is a higher level of pedagogical activity, that appears in work of teacher, permanent perfection of art ofstudies, education and development of students.
