People's folklore legal lexicy in the story by Grigoriy Kvitka-Osnovyanenko’s "Perekotypole"

Abstract
The article deals with colloquial vernacular legal vocabulary of Slobozhanskyi dialect, introduced into fictional prose for the first time, and its discursive potential in Ukrainian legal terminology formation. G. Kvitka-Osnovyanenko in the story "Perekotypole" for the first time creatively used in the artistic prose a peculiar layer of legal vocabulary, which was used in the then living folk speech and the traditional office work of the Slobozhanshchyna of the XIX century, reproducing real pictures of the life of the labor and criminal world of the local population, and contributed the establishment and enrichment of Ukrainian legal terminology, which is still in the state of its normative development in the conditions of sovereign Ukraine. And although the historical epochs are changing, the system of legitimacy is being reformed, but the criminal world of robbery, cruelty, murder, which since the beginning of existence of mankind has not dessapeared, those preventive measures has not been developed to enable any ground for the development of this anti-human phenomenon in a civilized world
