Perfection of mechanisms of effective management by quality of labour on enterprises of tourism

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to the study of problems of quality management of work of the enterprises of sphere of tourism, as well as search mechanisms for the effective quality management of labour as factor of increase of efficiency of their activities. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: logical and comparative analysis, method of graphic representation. Results: investigated the problem of controlling the quality of work at the enterprises of tourism proposed the mechanisms for effective quality management of labour in the tourism sector in the conditions of constantly growing competition in the tourism market. Practical value. For the effective functioning of enterprises of tourism in Ukraine, strengthen their competitive position in the tourism market it is necessary to improve the mechanisms of quality management of labour. This will contribute to more high-quality service of consumers of tourist services and increase of profitability of tourism enterprises. Urgent is the need for further research of quality of work in the field of tourism and enhancing mechanisms of quality management of work at the enterprises of the industry.
