ПЕРВИННА ПІДГОТОВКА В СИСТЕМІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ ПОЛІЦЕЙСЬКИХ: АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of normative-legal and organizational support of initial training of police officers. It is stated that the content of primary vocational training is related to the process of formation of special knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary for the performance of official duties for a specific position at the police. The system of primary vocational training of the National Police staff is a socially determined phenomenon of a socio-legal nature and serves as a specific instrument for implementing the state personnel policy regarding the provision of bodies and units of the National Defense League with highly skilled and competent personnel. It is proved that the institute of mentoring acts as a reliable and effective means of professional development of newly appointed specialists. Its introduction into the system of professional training of the National Police of Ukraine is very relevant. The draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On the organization of mentoring in the bodies of the National Police” was developed.
