PHENOMENON OF PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION OF THE TEACHER’S PERSONALITY: CAUSES, WAYS TO PREVENT AND OVERCOME

Abstract
The article presents a theoretical analysis of the destructive impact of vocational and educational activities on the personality of the teacher, which manifests itself in a professional deformation. In the course of the analysis of the problem identified and justified and essential structural and substantive professional deformation characteristics of teachers, the necessity of scientific development and implementation of prevention professional deformation teachers, defined set of conditions the effectiveness of prevention professional deformation teachers, as well as to overcome and prevent.
