ПОДІЛ ЗЕМЕЛЬ ЗА ОСНОВНИМ ЦІЛЬОВИМ ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯМ ЯК ФУНКЦІЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗЕМЛЕКОРИСТУВАННЯМ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
Обґрунтовано, що для підвищення ефективності управління землекористуванням в Україні необхідне удосконалення підходів до класифікації земель за основним цільовим призначенням із врахуванням системи класифікації землекористувань ЄЕК. Запропоновано виділення серед критеріїв вимог щодо забезпечення необхідною інформацією механізму оподаткування земель і реєстрації прав та застосування ієрархічної моделі, що базується на змішаному використанні критеріїв щодо видів покриття земельних ділянок і видів діяльності.
