POSSIBILITIES CHINESE-UKRAINIAN COOPERATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE «ONE ZONE – ONE ROAD»

Abstract
Analyzed the current trends of cooperation between Ukraine and China. We describe the content of the initiative "One Zone – one Road". The assessment of the prospects for expanding China-Ukrainian investment cooperation. The suggestions concerning the trajectory of Ukraine's integration to the initiative. It is concluded that Ukraine's accession to the initiative of "One Zone – one Road" is economically justified and allow to "unblock" investment projects with participation of Chinese investors to access cheap credit resources for development of infrastructure facilities, to take further measures for the harmonization of trade, transport, customs and logistics procedures. Noted that Ukraine's accession to the initiative of "One Zone – one Road" will provide additional foreign investment that would improve the balance of payment. The most attractive projects are the upgrading of port infrastructure, purchase of innovative rail equipment, the development of transport crossings on the borders with the European States. This is especially true in the context of loss of national economy of its transit potential, what we are seeing now. It is indicated that you should continue to conduct research aimed at the economic justification and prediction of the consequences of managerial decisions in the sphere of revitalization of the Chinese-Ukrainian cooperation with the application of econometric methods.
