Abstract

The article presents modern approaches to the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of professional competence of teaching staff, clarifies the principles and leading factors, develops requirements for the content and level of professional competence of teaching staff of higher educational institutions in the context of education modernization, develops principles for increasing the professional competence of leading and teaching staff at basis of acmeological and andragogical approaches. scientific and theoretical substantiation of the improvement of organizational and managerial mechanisms of development.
