Postępowanie przedszpitalne w sepsie i we wstrząsie septycznym

Abstract
According to a new definition, sepsis should be defined as a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. New qSOFA score is useful clinical tool, specially in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to identify promptly these patients with infection who might deteriorate and perform poorly. According to sepsis care bundles patients in sepsis and septic shock, in prehospital setting and EMS should start their treatment as soon as possible.
