PRÁTICAS INTERDISCIPLINARES NA PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO: A EXPERIÊNCIA DE UM MESTRADO INTERDISCIPLINAR E PROFISSIONAL

Abstract
This article presents and discusses the results of research on the interdisciplinary practices developed in the Postgraduate Program in Social Management, Education and Local Development of Una University Center. Being it a professional interdisciplinary Program that is part of the multidisciplinary area of CAPES, the challenge is to develop interdisciplinarity in its educational practice. This justifies the analysis undertaken in this article which aims to present and discuss such practices. As for the approach, it is of a cuali-quantitative character. Regarding the type of research, it was a bibliographical review with analysis of books and articles on interdisciplinary teaching practices in higher education and case study through which the interdisciplinary teaching practices developed in the program, the skills that they develop in the teaching learning process and the views of the students on them were analyzed. It is considered that the interdisciplinary practices developed in the program, in the views of the students, have been contributing to the development of capabilities that allow the establishing of a relationship between theory and practice, knowledge and the world of work, as well as a dialogue between knowledge and professionals from different fields of work.
