Abstract
У статті розглядаються місце та роль правничих понять і термінології у методології юридичної науки. Аналізується співвідношення мови і права у різні історичні періоди у різних правових школах. Обґрунтовується необхідність введення у методологію вітчизняної юридичної науки теоретико-методологічних підходів до дослідження мови права, розроблених у рамках аналітичної філософії права.
