ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ И ФАКТОРЫ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ СЕТИ ВЫСОКОИНТЕГРИРОВАННЫХ ХОЗЯЙСТВЕННЫХ СТРУКТУР КАК ФАКТОРА ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Abstract
Categories of economic science that characterize various approaches and concepts of integration of industrial and financial capital deserve interest not so much in themselves, but in terms of their application to the modern economy of Uzbekistan, in the course of the implementation of economic reforms, he faces numerous questions: in which direction to deepen reform, what goals to set, what levers and instruments to use to achieve these goals. In this article, the author discusses the arguments in favor of creating a broad network of integrated corporate structures in Uzbekistan, such as the geopolitical policy of Uzbekistan, which establishes the principle of partnership, mutually beneficial cooperation with all countries, while preserving national sovereignty. The role of integration of industrial and financial capital is also considered, which, in the context of globalization and internationalization of the world economy, acquires special significance for Uzbekistan. The labor market in Uzbekistan is studied as a well of labor resources of Uzbekistan possessing considerable resources of highly educated qualified personnel for science and capital-intensive industries, which, naturally, it seeks to preserve, first of all, for its development. The author draws conclusions about the integration of industrial and financial capital as a method of effective use of the potential of strategically important enterprises of raw and processing industries of Uzbekistan with the capabilities of the largest domestic and foreign financial institutions and guarantees ensuring the inclusion of the most important sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan in the competitive struggle in world markets.
