PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE ECONOMISTS AUTOMATION ACCOUNTING IN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Abstract. Ukraine's economy needs stable and sustained growth. World experience and business practices show us that one of the driving forces of economic development is enterprises. With the support of the best world experience, in our country the state imperative defines the thesis that enterprises will act as a leading driving force of economic development, an effective meaning of structural adjustment, overcoming of disparities in certain segments of the market, activating innovation activity, development of competition, creation of new workplaces and lower unemployment. The effectiveness of any enterprise in our time largely depends on the choice of software, especially in relation to managerial processes. The choice of accounting forms affects to the volume and complexity of the execution of accounting work, the staffing of the accounting department and its professionalism, the presence or absence of automation systems, as well as the equipment of the enterprise by means of computer equipment. The basis of the automated form of accounting the organization's funds is the introduction and an information system is a software and hardware complex designed to automate the targeted activity of end users, which provides, in accordance with the established logic of processing, the possibility of obtaining, modifying and storing accounting information. Professional training of specialists in economic specialties requires special attention regarding their ability to quickly and qualitative professional automation of accounting at the enterprise, because it is precisely at this stage that future economists form makes the primary level of their professional competence - the ability to ensure a high level of economic and organizational activity of the enterprise, to solve it independently polysystem economic problems in conditions of external and internal instability. The greatest efficiency of the economist’s work in an enterprise becomes in the case of his automation of accounting using the latest software and hardware complexes. Interactive teaching method makes an important role in the training of economists, namely: demonstration of lecture presentations made at MS Power Point; demonstration by the teacher of the capabilities of the 1С: Enterprise system with the help of a computer and a multimedia projector. It is obvious that the availability of alternatives in the construction of the accounting information system, as well as the trends in the development of relevant software, should be reflected in the professional work of economists.
