Abstract
The article analyzes the essence of the principles of the operative units as fundamental principles of the rule of law. Based on the theoretical study of sources, both domestic and foreign scholars, defined understanding of the principle of operative activities, that is one of the backgrounds of the law enforcement activities of authorized operative units. Through the study of legal sources and scientific studies on the theory and practice of operative activities defined classification of principles of operative units activity
