PRIORITIES OF PUBLIC FINANCIAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article is aimed to set of questions of formation the efficient system of public financial regulation at the present economic conditions. Fiscal and monetary priorities have been revealed. The author focuses on expediency to provide the institutional changes in financial policy mechanism. Nowadays it is vital to create the state financial strategy, which should base on priorities of social and economic development.
