Abstract
The article examines the problems of regulatory support of control over the activities of private performers. The system of normative legal acts regulating the procedures for exercising control over the activities of private performers in Ukraine is highlighted. Attention is focused on the problematic aspects of the regulatory framework for monitoring the activities of private performers and suggested ways to solve them.
