Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of regulation of competitive relations and the implementation of competitive policy in terms of its legal provision and legislative consolidation. In the context of globalization, the question is to create effective mechanisms for both competitive domestic policy and the international arena. It is necessary to improve the legislative framework, taking into account the state of the international economy and the way and aspiration of Ukraine for integration into the European Community. Competitive legislation should be developed on the basis of the principles of competition within the framework of the functioning of the European Union, incompliance with the requirements of the WTO and taking into account the peculiarities of the national economy
