Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of relations connected with the use of the Internet. The author substantiates the need to identify the features and characteristics of the Internet-relationship with the specifics of the network. The author analyzes the opinions of leading scholars on the peculiarities of relations in the Internet, the legal significance of relations in the Internet, the jurisdiction of the state with regard to the Internet, the definition of the subject of legal relations in the Internet, and on this basis the author proposes a proper understanding of the peculiarities of the Internet, which are not deprived of rationality on their application in the study and research of the specifics of the Internet dispute as such. The author comes to the conclusion that the discovery of signs and features of the Internet-relations allows us to determine another important category used within the scope of this article, namely the “Internet dispute” and its specifics and performs the author’s characterization of a num-ber of features of the Internet dispute.
