PROBLEMS OF PERSONNEL PROVIDING OBSERVATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL ORDER IN ORGANIZATION OF EXECUTION OF PUNISHMENT

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of the concept of personnel providing observation of administrative-legal order in organization of execution of punishment. An analysis of legal literature on the study of this concept is carried out. The legal organizational mechanism of activity of the Criminal-executive service of Ukraine employees, as the main subjects of providing observation of the administrative-legal order in organization of execution of punishment, is disclosed. it is substantiated that the Ukraine legislation regulating the activities of the Criminal-executive service of Ukraine employees does not give us a complete idea of the personnel administration which provides adherence to the administrative-legal order in organization of execution of punishment.
