PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
This article describes the concept of the administrative-legal status of a citizen on the basis of research by well-known scholars and theorists of law. The basic doctrines of the legal obligation of a person before the state, its mechanism of action and classification characteristics are covered. The urgent issues related to the failure of the state and its authorities to perform duties towards the citizen and its consequences are considered. It is noted that the discrepancies of certain normative prescriptions to the real state of things in the field of implementation of environmental duties by citizens.
