Профессиональные стандарты в морской отрасли: историческое развитие правового регулирования и современное обновление

Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию истории становления профессиональных стандартов для моряков, а также последующего их закрепления в национальном законодательстве государств и международных соглашениях. Отмечается роль Международной организации труда и Международной морской организации в формировании системы таких стандартов. Обращается особое внимание на необходимость присоединения Украины к Конвенции Международной организации труда 2006 года о труде в морском судоходстве, поскольку это обеспечит украинским морякам давно ожидаемый и поддерживаемый крупнейшими морскими государствами свод стандартов условий жизни и труда на судах.
