Profilaktyka uczulenia na roztocze kurzu mieszkaniowego - rola nowoczesnego akarycydu Allergoff

Abstract
Epidemiological, acarological and clinical data on allergy to mites are presented. Secondary prevention is based on the control of the mite allergy in allergic patients. Allergen elimination methods are based on the ability of water to wash the pillows and quilts. However, they do not guarantee the removal of sensitizing allergenic particles due to the habitat of the arachnids. Secondary allergens are also released outside their habitat (beds), especially in old damp houses, cottages, cellars or attics. It is therefore recommended also for the non-volatile allergen bonding method using Allergoff, which produces microfilm, aggregating and gluing mite allergens to the substrate. In combination with isopropyl myristate, citric acid and PVA / HPMC polymer in the form of nanocapsules exhibits a unique elimination efficiency of the volatile allergen form. ............................... Przedstawione są dane epidemiologiczne, akarologiczne i kliniczne dotyczące uczulenia na roztocze. Profilaktyka drugorzędowa oparta jest na kontrolowaniu stężenia alergenu roztoczowego w mieszkaniach chorych z alergią. Metody eliminacji alergenu oparte są na możliwości wodnego prania poduszek i kołder. Jednak nie dają one całkowitej gwarancji usunięcia uczulających cząstek alergenowych z uwagi na znacznie zasiedlenie materacy przez te pajęczaki. Również wtórnie alergen ten wydostaje się poza obręb swoich siedlisk (łóżka), szczególnie w starych wilgotnych domach, domkach letniskowych, piwnicach, czy strychach. Dlatego rekomendowana jest także metoda sklejania alergenu do nielotnej postaci przy użyciu Allergoffu, który wytwarza mikrofilm, agregujący i sklejający alergeny roztoczowe z podłożem. W połączeniu z mirystynianem izopropylu, kwasem cytrynowym i polimerem PVA/HPMC w formie nanokapsułek wykazuje unikatową skuteczność eliminacji lotnej formy alergenu.
