Прогалини правового регулювання діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України щодо боротьби з терроризмом

Abstract
У статті розглядається питання правового регулювання діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України щодо боротьби з тероризмом. Під час проведеного дослідження виявлено низку прогалин правового регулювання діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України щодо боротьби з тероризмом на державному кордоні та в межах контрольованих прикордонних районів України в сучасних умовах. Автором запропоновані шляхи подолання цих прогалин.
