PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING THE FORMS OF AD MINISTRATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of normative acts and bills, which regulates organizational forms of advocacy in Ukraine; on the basis of this analysis, the actual vision of possible improvement of these forms is offered, as well as the own proposals for their reformation in the context of the European integration processes taking place in Ukraine at this stage in the field of judicial system and advocacy activity are highlighted.
