PROTECTION OF THE SUBJECT CIVIL RIGHTS OF CHILDREN IN CONDITIONS OF ARMED CONFLICTS THROUGH THE PRINCIPLE OF ADAPTATION OF THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE TO THE EU STANDARDS (PROBLEMS OF PRIORITIES AND TERMINOLOGIES)

Abstract
The article examines the rights of the child to special protection and care, analyzes the prospects of adapting the norms of the national legislation to the EU standards, defines that the protection of the rights of the child is a priority area of state policy. The peculiarities of the application of these provisions in conditions of armed conflict are also analyzed. The proposals for unifying certain terms and improving the mechanism of protection of children’s rights have been formed.
