Nesterenko. S.A. The rational state of labor potential of agricultural enterprises. Labor potential is the primary element of the production and economic potential of any production system, including agricultural ones. After all, the security of the enterprise by its labor force, its qualitative characteristics and rational use has a decisive influence on the efficiency of its operation. It is clear that efficient functioning of the economy is possible only with the availability of sufficient and high-quality resource support. About the availability of labor, the defining criterion is the assessment of available labor potential. It is understandable that the main directions of increasing the current reserves of the efficiency of using labour potential in agricultural enterprises can include the involvement of the companies in more advanced forms of production. And labour due to the economy of working time and the efficient use of the existing number of employees, as well as the elimination of over expenses of wage fund. However, starting to improve the processes of reproduction of labour potential should begin with the stage of its formation, namely: demographic methods by strengthening the natural basis of the peasantry; prevent the outflow of personnel from the village, while solving migration processes by expanding the social component. This issue can be resolved mainly due to the implementation of targeted state programs to support the social infrastructure of the village and the motivation of agricultural enterprises, to develop and substantiate measures to improve the use and increase of the efficiency of the agrarian sector in today's conditions.
