Hutorov O.I., Hutorova O.O. Theoretical and organizational basic principles for the management system control. There have been studied theoretical and organizational basic principles of control in the field of management, conducted a systematic analysis of control, discovered its practical content as a managerial function, as well as analyzed control organization experience and general trends of its further development. Based on the generalization of approaches, there have been generalized classification signs of the enterprise control systems according to the spheres, which, unlike the existing ones, include the control system of the activities of managerial and production personnel, the introduction of which will help to improve appropriate attitude of employees towards work, lack of work, fraud, etc. The effective functioning will influence the results of operating control systems. There have been given the results of the generalization of theoretical and methodical approaches to determination of the nature of controlling and its place in the management system; substantiated the role and place of the subjects of external and internal control in achieving the results of the enterprises activities. Based on the study results, there have been offered scientific approaches for further transformation of organizational and economic basic principles to improve the process of control; substantiated the necessity of application of the principles of effective control in the process of its practical organization. There has been emphasized the improvement of methodological approaches to the modeling of effective controlling of the activities of enterprises and development of recommendations for promoting the level of acceptance of the control system by subordinates.
