РАЗВИТИЕ ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ГЛОБАЛИЗАЦИИ: УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ

Abstract
At present, information is a fundamental resource, and data volumes increase in geometric progress on a daily basis. At the heart of such an information revolution is a development strategy, in the center of which there is every concrete individual and his changing needs. Russia's digital economy is far from ideal, its share in GDP is 2.1%, Russia is 39th in the world out of 85 (according to the Boston Consulting Group, 2016). Over the past 5 years, Russia has moved from the periphery of a group of catching countries to the periphery of the main group. The backlog of Russia from the leaders of the rating is 5-8 years. In terms of the level of infrastructure development, Russia is the leader among the BRIC countries, but 1.5 times behind the average for the OECD. To date, about 40% of the population have access to the Internet. And this indicator will increase, making available not only goods, but also services, in particular, education, for the general public. In Russia, the main principles and objectives of innovative development are set out in the»"Strategy for scientific and technological development until 2020», adopted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes modern trends in the development of the digital economy not only in Russia, but also abroad.
