Reglementarea transportului rutier în regim de taxi

Abstract
The article examines the current state of the legal regulation of relations arising from the enforcement of obligations under the contract of carriage of passengers a taxi. The author expresses his position on the need to address specifics of the contract of carriage of passengers a taxi, which is a public merger agreement. In addition this article discusses the problem of the lack of established by the legislation of mandatory confirmation from the carrier (route taxi) of the fact of conclusion of a public contract of carriage of passengers by issuing tickets established sample.
