Relato de experiência: utilização de cartazes estilizados como medida de incentivo à higienização das mãos

Abstract
Diversos pesquisadores ao longo da história demonstraram que a higienização das mãos é um procedimento eficaz na prevenção das infecções associadas ao cuidado em saúde. Entretanto, o índice de adesão a esta prática continua sendo baixo, demonstrando que as informações não estão atingindo o seu maior objetivo, que é a mudança de comportamento. O objetivo deste artigo é divulgar uma estratégia de incentivo a higienização das mãos. Tendo como premissa a importância da higienização das mãos para o controle de infecção, foram elaborados cartazes estilizados com aperfeiçoamento por um especialista em desenho gráfico. A divulgação destes apresentou-se como uma estratégia interativa com a equipe de saúde, podendo ser utilizada em diferentes serviços.
