Religious Freedom and Individual Freedom in Constitution of Iran and Civil Rights (A Comparative Study)

Abstract
Civil law and law of freedome created major differences between animals and human but freedom without limits are not absolute. The need for human limit collective survival depends on the rights and freedoms of the people together, and after determining the boundaries of freedom. This study attempts to review religious freedom and individual freedom in constitution of Iran and civil rights as a comparative study. Constitution of Iran accepted religious freedom in Articles 21-42. This study used descriptive- analysis methodology. Data is collocted from library and e-papers. Findings show that civil rights are created based on Non-discrimination and lack of focus on national affiliation, ethnic. Constitution stated some cases of freedom so security to protect the dignity, life, and property rights of individuals and to religious minorities of their own personal status. Islam and law of Iran are compliance civili rights unbiased for all people of Iran.
