RESPONSIBILITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROBLEMS IN MANAGEMENT AND SELF-MANAGEMENT AT THE MODERN STAGE

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to determine specific practical self-development advice in order to become responsible successful manager. As a result of our research, we found out that responsibility, as well as social responsibility, has fundamental importance in self-development, as well as in building a successful career of a modern manager. Social responsibility is not a luxury, which is available only for large corporations. Small and medium-sized companies are either able to be socially responsible. The main thing is the real desire. We have identified the fol¬lowing practical tips for self-improvement and development: the clear understanding of a need, planning, forecasting, to not step back from the chosen target.
