RIGHT-BUILD AND LEGISLATIVE-BUILD IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE: CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF REALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of right-build and legislative-build in the criminal process of Ukraine. The present state of right-build and legislative-build in this area is determined. Specifies the mechanism of right-build and legislative-build, which existed before in the criminal justice of our state. The point of view regarding rules of lawmaking and lawmaking, which should be additionally implemented in order to make really necessary changes in the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, is expressed.
