РОЛЬ ИНСТИТУТА СЕМЬИ В СОЦИАЛИЗАЦИИ ЛИЧНОСТИ В СОВРЕМЕННОМ КЫРГЫЗСКОМ ОБЩЕСТВЕ

Abstract
Over the past decades the change in social and economic conditions of society, the change of standards of living and the social status of many families occur. The pluralism of views and opinions characteristic of a democratic society has replaced the rigidly fixed ideology. It disorganized a part of people, led to a spiritual and moral crisis, and a consumer attitude to life. The family environment and the experience gained there by a person contribute to the degree of cognitive, emotional and social development. They facilitate competence and well-being of the individual in the future. But, unfortunately, it should be noted the shaken prosperity of many families. Parents' ties are weakened. The number of families that do not fulfill their social or educational function has grown. With the rise of unemployment and labor migration, the number of divorce raised. The unregistered families, abandoned children, uneducated, homeless, working children are wide spread. The number of children without birth certificates is increasing. There is a tendency of infant mortality and disability. Children become victims of various kinds of criminal encroachments. In order to solve these problems, developing special integrated mechanisms that call for strengthening the institution of the family is proposed. Along with them, the concept and the program of the future family school are to be developed. It is necessary to increase the responsibility of parents by cultivating their legal knowledge and using the life experience of successful families. Time itself dictates the need to start a future family school, which will contribute to the stability of family relations.
