ROLE OF THE OFFICER IN THE SOCIAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract

This article describes an officer as a representative of local elite who performs a leading role and is foreordained to develop awareness of their impact on society. The abovementioned attitude justifies location of the skill of a conscious presentation into the officers’ ethos. The contents of this article refer to two roles the first is the role of a rhetorician and the other a manager of human capital in a hierarchical structure of an organization. While describing deontic and epistemic authority as a base was used a current model of an officer and a model of an officer from before the First War World. Conclusions were based on critical analysis of specialist literature and studies carried out among officers of the Land Forces.
