Scenario approach to formation of business strategies for the company

Abstract
In the article the scenario approach to formation of business strategies for the company is studied. The stages of forecasting based on scenario method are defined. The reasons holding back widespread adoption of scenario techniques of forecasting and planning in enterprises are investigated. Based on the analysis of weaknesses of scenario method the ways of improving the efficiency of its application in the workplace are proposed.
