Scientific approach to issue of history of origin of national constitutionalism.

Abstract
The views of Ukrainian scientists on the problem of the emergence of national constitutionalism, which is the political and legal phenomenon, they are associated with the creation of the Ukrainian state as a result of the national liberation war led by Bohdan Khmelnytsky in the middle of the XVII century, аnd the adoption of the Constitution P. Orlik 1710. The process of formation of the modern domestic constitutionalism began after the adoption of the Constitution of 1996 and continues today.
