The issue of licensing in telecommunications field

Abstract
Examined the legal regulation and licensing issues in the field of telecommunications. It analyzes the main legal framework that regulates the licensing in the sphere of communication, given its general characteristics. The experience of the European Union Member States and concluded that the licensing system in them harmoniously coexists with the permit, which greatly simplifies the procedure of registration (authorization) and activities (the provision of certain services) of economic entities in the telecommunications sector.
