SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF CRIMINOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE PROSECUTION

Abstract
The article deals with problems of management criminological activities of the prosecution. We analyze the relationship between the concepts of management and organization of criminological activities criminological activities. An concept and features of administrative decision that is taken to improve the efficiency of criminological prosecutors. Based on the nature and specific features of criminological management activities of the prosecution, it should be organized on the model of compensation of deviations from the target level of the system. In this case, the adjustment will be the compensatory effect, since it will serve as an impetus for certain deviations from the desired state, which is reflected in changes in the status, structure and dynamics of crime. This priority will be measures to eliminate the deviation. Thus, the task management criminological activities of the prosecution is to ensure follows crime as an object of administrative influence that would ensure criminological security, rule of law. Crime is always changing under the influence of management. One of the most important is the following provision: management criminological activities of organs is defined as the impact on the controlled system management with the aim of "movement" toward the latter changes, lower level. Relevant opposition (opposition) systems (control and managed) is determined by socio-political, economic, demographic and other conditions characteristic of the society.
