şletme Bölümü Yüksek Lisans Öğrencilerinin Yöneylem Araştırması Lisans Dersine Bakışı: Nitel Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı işletme bölümünü başarıyla bitirmiş ve işletme bölümünde lisansüstü eğitimine devam eden öğrencilerin lisans eğitimleri sırasında aldıkları yöneylem araştırması dersine bakışlarını öğrenmek ve dersin etkinliği, eğitim kalitesi noktasında çıkarımlar yapmaktır. Çalışma grubu, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Üniversitesi’nde İşletme bölümünde yüksek lisans eğitimi alan 10 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada, nitel veri toplama araçlarından görüşme yöntemi içerisinde yer alan “yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği” kullanılmıştır ve veriler “içerik analizi” tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, katılımcıların yöneylem araştırması dersine karşı genelde pozitif bir tutum içinde olduklarını fakat dersin içeriğine ve konularına dair pek bir şey hatırlamadıklarını ve birçoğu için dersin kendilerine bir katkısının olmadığını göstermiştir ki, bu da dersin etkinlik ve verimlilik açısından gözden geçirilmesi gerektiğine işaret etmektedir. Çalışmada ayrıca dersin etkinlik ve verimliliğini artırmak için katılımcıların görüşü neticesinde dersinin içeriği, müfredattaki yeri ve dersin işleniş tarzı gibi konularda çeşitli öneriler de sunulmuştur.
