Abstract
The article based on the analysis of the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine and scientific achievements of scientists on the theory of the criminal process investigated the procedure for conducting investigative (investigative) actions in investigating crimes committed against journalists. The relevant recommendations for their conduct in this category of criminal proceedings.
