Social capital as a factor social and political consolidation

Abstract
In the article different interpretations of concept «Social capital», his role, are analysed in modern society. Grounded, that a social capital is not simply the sum of institutes that support society, but rather by «glue» that retains his different parts together. He consists of horizontal connections between people and includes social networks and corresponding norms that influence on the productivity and welfare of different concords, on social and political consolidation of society.
