SOCIAL COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE BRANCH SPECIALIST IN SOCIO-SUBJECTIVE SOCIOLOGICAL DISCOURSE

Abstract
The article analyzes the approaches of modern foreign and domestic sociology to the study of the specifics of the subjective social, determines the subject aspects of the formation and implementation of social competence of the personality of the future specialist in the process of professional and personal development in interaction with the social environment. The regulatory function of social competence in the structure of socialization of the person based on its subject needs, different levels of ties with the social environment and the need for the formation of new models of professionalism and the possibilities of social design from the professional groups themselves are considered. The prospective approaches of sociological science to the research of social competences of branch specialists and obtaining sociological knowledge about the mechanisms of their functioning as a resource of successful socialization of the individual in the process of obtaining professional education are determined.
