SOCIAL PROTECTION PROBLEMS OF INTEGRATION OF INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF INCREASED RISK-GENERIC SOCIETY

Abstract
The key problems of integration of internally displaced persons, including ensuring the achievement of the necessary standards for their social protection and development of assistance mechanisms are highlighted. Applying the sociological method of information tracking of integration processes, diagnosis of social well-being of different social statuses of the categories of internally displaced persons was carried out, objective assessments and subjective requirements regarding the content, quality and "scale" of social needs were researched, as well as indicators of migratory risk-genericity were detected. On the basis of the monitoring cut-off of the results of a specially organized sociological study of the integration of migrants into the receiving society, priority tasks were assigned to the state and regional authorities: provision of settlers with housing, necessities, employment promotion, harmonization of sociohumanistic referents. It is shown that regulation of migration behavior of the population at the regional level requires urgent changes in identifying the consequences of forced migration in the context of increased risk-taking society. The results of the survey can serve as analytical material for substantiating the recommendations for developing of social support programs for internally displaced people at the regional level.
