SOME ISSUES OF LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE FIELD OF CODIFICATION OF LABOR LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article defines the notion and role of codification of labor legislation, legal relations in the field of labor legislation. It is stated that such legal relations are regulated by the norms of law the social relations of the law-making character between the subjects of codification aimed at systematization, as well as the formal and substantive processing of the current normative legal acts regulating labor relations in Ukraine. The purpose of this process is to eliminate outdated norms, inaccuracies, gaps, collisions, shortcomings of the legal technique of such acts, to ensure the regulation of the main elements of labor relations.
