Сonstitutional and legal regulation of marriage and family in American and Asian states

Abstract
The article examines the issues of constitutional and legal regulation of marriage and family in American (on the example of Canada) and Asian (on the example of Japan) countries. Considerable attention is paid to the peculiarities of the legal system of these countries and the nature of the constitutional rights of citizens in marriage and family.
