СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ИНСТРУМЕНТАЛЬНЫХ И ЛАБОРАТОРНЫХ МЕТОДОВ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ РАКА ЯИЧНИКОВ

Abstract
Ovarian cancer is 4-6 % in the structure of the overall female morbidity of malignant tumors and ranks 7th in it, and among the gynecological tumors the third after the cancer of the body and cervix. In the structure of mortality, ovarian cancer is on the 4th place, outstripping the cancer of the body and cervix. In Russia, ovarian cancer is detected annually in more than 11,000 women (10,17 per 100,000). Over the past 10 years, the incidence rate increased by 8.5 %, and the mortality rate was 8.7 %, i.е. The mortality rate increases almost parallel to the incidence.The article discusses the use of instrumental and laboratory research methods in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. The work is based on the analysis of a clinical examination of 457 patients who were treated in the Andijan Regional Oncology Dispensary from 2010 to 2017.
